The East Side of El Paso Texas [2021 Update]
What is the East Side of El Paso like to live in? Not the Far East or Northeast, the plain East Side is the established area near the airport and just north of Interstate 10, close to Fort Bliss, with so much going for it that it is hard to come up with many downsides.
This is the traditional East Side, centered around the airport and close to the base, just north of I-10. It is a well-established part of town that has been around a long time, which means convenient access to shopping, services, and the highway. In summer 2021 the market still leaned slightly toward sellers, though more inventory was starting to come on, which helps buyers. If you want to be near the airport and Fort Bliss in a settled, central-feeling area rather than the newer far-flung suburbs, the East Side is well worth a look.

You know, I've talked about the Far East, and I've compared it to Horizon City. We did a video just on the Northeast, but we're going to focus primarily on the East Side. This is over where the airport is, kind of close to the base, just north of Interstate
10. And so it has a lot going for it. I was actually making a pros and cons list over the week, and I didn't come up with too many cons.
So it's a pretty great area, and hopefully this video is going to give you a really good explanation of where it is, how much homes essentially are going for, what those homes are like, what the area kind of looks like, and why it might possibly be a good option for you.
