Selling
What is a seller net sheet? It is a free document that shows you, the homeowner, how much you would actually profit if you sold your El Paso home at a given price, after all the costs come out.
To build one, an agent needs two things: how much you still owe on the home, and the estimated sales price (we can help with that). From there we factor in your closing costs, like title company fees to transfer the deed, recording fees, and the real estate commission, so you can see your likely net profit. It is no obligation and totally free, just a clear way to get certainty and peace of mind before you decide to sell.
Hi, if you're thinking about selling your home, there is an awesome document called a seller net sheet that you should definitely reach out to a qualified real estate agent like ourselves and get your hands on. So what exactly is a seller net sheet?
A seller net sheet essentially shows you, the homeowner, how much you would stand to profit if you sold your home for a certain price. Now, it's relatively easy to do. If you're a real estate agent, you're going to have access to these tools because what
you need to do is you need to know what costs you're going to pay as a homeowner. So some of the things we would need to know is one, how much do you owe on the home? Two, we can help you on this one, but what do you imagine the sales price of the home is going to be?
And then with that information, we can look at your closing costs. You know, you're going to pay fees for a title company to transfer the deed, a small attorney fee for recording fees, things like this. So you're going to have additional expenditures, a real estate agent's commission, right?
So what we can do is we can put together a seller net sheet that calculates all of basically what you're going to make, what you owe, so that then you can see basically what your profit from the sale of the home would potentially be. This is of course, you know, is no obligation to you.
It's totally free to you and just kind of gives you a certain, you know, either certainty or peace of mind that if you did decide to sell your home, this is likely what you would profit from the sale of your home.
