Hello, my name is Alejandro Sosa. I'm a real estate agent here in El Paso, Texas, and if you're considering buying a home in Horizon City, this video is for you. Horizon City has basically blown up in the last few years. Now, while there are a few neighborhoods that have been established for many years with older homes, the majority of Horizon City is
going to be new construction with modern amenities. You'll find new stores, parks, and restaurants. If you're looking for new homes at prices that still make sense, this is the right place. We're talking mostly three to five bedroom homes ranging from the low $200,000 all the way to around $500,000. Now, there are properties under $200,000 and over
$500,000, but for the most part, the sweet spot is between $200,000 to $500,000. Now, one of the best things, in my opinion, about Horizon City is all the options that you're going to find there. There are plenty of builders offering different price ranges, floor plans, and styles. So, whether you're after a starter home or a bigger upgraded space, there's pretty much anything you
need in Horizon City. Now, there are many great areas in Horizon City that you can choose from, but I'm going to talk about a few of the areas that I personally like just to show you a little bit of examples. Now, the first area I want to talk about is a subdivision north of Eastlake Boulevard. It's called Paseo del Este. You'll find mainly new construction homes here with many
different styles from many different builders. I like the area not only because you have brand new construction, but also you're very close to Eastlake Boulevard, like I mentioned, which has plenty of restaurants, stores, and other amenities pretty close by. The next area we're going to talk about is next to Eastlake Middle School. It's in a subdivision called Hillside Park at Mission Ridge.
What I really like about this area is that it's not too deep in Horizon City. You're pretty close to Pelicano Drive, which makes it easier to get in and out of the neighborhood, especially to major roads like Highway 375. This area is also a lot of new construction homes, and the homes there start around $300,000 all the way to about $550,000. The next area we're going to talk
about is right by Horizon City Golf Course. Now, this is a subdivision called Emerald Estates and Emerald Springs Retreat. These are beautiful homes, mostly built between 2006 and 2016. The price ranges from $450,000 to about $800,000. It's a very popular area, not only because it's right by the golf course, but also because it's right next to Horizon Boulevard. Very popular road that has
plenty of amenities, also pretty close by. Now, these are just a few of the beautiful neighborhoods that you're going to find in Horizon City. Let us know down in the comments what is your favorite area in Horizon City, and one of the things you love about living there. And if you're thinking about buying, selling, or have any questions about the process, please reach out to us.
Thank you very much for your time, and we'll see you in the next episode.
